The Capital-Inn’s
spacious and newly renovated private rooms are 
equipped
with TV with international channels, washbasin and free wireless internet
access is throughout the building. Excellent cooking facilities are at
hand for your convenience. The kitchen has two
workstations equipped with stove, oven, microwave and all required
utensils that you need to make a gourmet meal for you and your travel
companions. A large walk-in cooler for storing your food,
a lockable storage box is available at the reception. Please note that
most of the guest rooms have shared facilities.

- Dorm accommodation including linen and towels are also available.
- Lounge with a large flat screen TV with
multiple channels, DVD player and
a surround sound system.
- Laundry facilities are at the premises
with washing machine and tumble dryer. Ironing board and iron are
available from the reception.
Location
The Capital-Inn provides you with a central location in Reykjavík
and is ideal for smaller groups and independent travellers.
The Inn has plenty of private parking for its guests and is situated
in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
Just a 4 minute walk to the Perlan with its fabulous observation
platform over central Reykjavik.
At Perlan you will find a well known revolving fine-dining restaurant
and cafeteria.
From the Inn it is a 5 minute drive to Reykjavik City Centre
and few minute walk to Reykjavik’s main shopping mall - Kringlan.
Just down the street is a convenient store with light snacks and a
fast food diner.
The Inn is a leisurely walk from Reykjavik´s beach with geothermal
heated seawater.
Situated in Fossvogur just steps away from one of Reykjavik´s
out-door paradise that extends from the shore line
for miles up the vall.

Cabin opened in May 1997 and was completely renovated at
the beginning of 2007, Hotel Cabin

Hotel Cabin
is specially designed for the modern traveller, who likes their Home
away-from Home to be completely efficient and with all the modern
facilities that makes them feel free and in touch with the rest of
the world, and all for the the best price possible.
The Laugardalur recreational area, with its excellent swimming pool
and other recreational attractions is also within walking distance.
Hotel Cabin is well-situated at Borgart, Reykjav, and has a beautiful
view of the bay nearby. Just a short distance away is the city's
main shopping area and the bustling downtown cafes and pubs.
We offer
three different types of rooms. The standard rooms are the rooms
that the hotel has always offered but by offering the deluxe and
superior rooms we can now serve a more diverse group of tourists.
The Main difference between the standard rooms and the deluxe rooms
is that the deluxe rooms are bigger and come with a bathtub with
shower. The Superior rooms are the best rooms in the hotel. They
are all situated on the hotel’s 7th floor and offer a magnificent
view of the city or the ocean. To ensure that the guest enjoys the
view fully, these rooms come with large picture windows. Furthermore,
these rooms have free wireless internet, a refrigerator, a tea and
coffee maker and a hairdryer.
Bright
and comfortable, Hotel Cabin is located within easy reach of
Reykjavík’s city centre, with its vibrant nightlife
and excellent choice of restaurants featuring cuisine from many
different countries. At the same time, it is an easy five-minute
walk from the city’s main park, swimming pool and outdoor
recreation area.
Reykjavik
Backpackers
The Reykjavik Backpackers
is located in downtown Reykjavik, on the main shopping street. Downtown
Reykjavik
has both small, local stores selling Icelandic
design products as well as larger ones selling labeled clothing. Reykjavik's
famous nightlife is also centered around this area and you can find
all the best pubs, clubs, bars and restaurants only a few steps away.
Facilities
On the 4th floor there
are kitchen
facilities available for guests occupying the four private
rooms and two 4-person dorms located on the 4th floor.
Reykjavik Backpackers' facilities offer 20 dorms and private rooms on
Laugavegur 28, downtown Reykjavik for tired travellers. There are sixteen
4-8 person dorms and four private rooms for
2-3 persons. All in all there are 96 beds on three floors.
All the dorms at the hostel have
shared bathroom
facilities.
Toilets and showers are located in the center of each floor allowing
all rooms to access the facilities easily.
There is a common room on each floor which
is a good place to meet new people, relax, watch some TV, read
a book, etc.
A book exchange is available on the 3rd floor at the
hostel. You can leave a book and pick up another book in return free
of charge.
Security lockers are available for guests to use free
of charge. Bring your own lock or get one at the hostel for a small
amount.
Warm showers are accessible 24-hours a day.

This modern and welcoming
hostel is the perfect choice for travellers seeking good company and
affordable
quality while enjoying all that Reykjavík has to offer.
The hostel is one of the HI network of hostels in Iceland and one of
two hostels in Reykavik. The hostel is situated in the Laugardalur Park,
the city´s main recreation area, and next door to the national
football stadium and the biggest geothermal swimming pool in Reykjavík.
It is conveniently close to the city centre – 10 minutes on the
number 14 bus will take you right to the heart of the downtown and the
city´s exuberant nightlife.
The Reykavik City hostel´s
facilities include internet access and free WIFI in common areas, coffee
bar, TV, conference room with projector for power-point presentations
and regular cinema evenings, 3 fully-equipped guest kitchens, lockers
and laundry. Rooms in the hostel are 2-6 bedded rooms; all 2- and 4-bedded
rooms have ensuite facilities. The hostel reception operates a travel
agency offering bus passes, bikes and rental cars.
The hostel is
open 24 hours a day all year round. Check-in is possible any time after
14.00. The FlyBus runs, upon request, between the hostel and Keflavik
International Airport to a schedule connecting with every flight.
