We are happy to accommodate
staff on inspection visits and these can be arranged after booking and
receipt of the initial deposit.
If staff wish to
make an inspection visit, we can offer two nights free accommodation in
Cairo, in the same hotel we use for our educational visits and we will
also include a free visit to a site of antiquity. This will enable staff
to experience the quality of our guides and the logistics of organising
such a visit.
Due to the nature
and distances involved in the holidays that we offer, coupled with the
fact that all of our visits are multi-centre, the cost of staff following
the entire tour is prohibitive. This is also in line with our policy of
keeping costs down to enable us to offer our visits at a fair price and
provide the best value for money.
If you wish to make
an inspection visit, please let us know in your initial enquiry.

It is a requirement
that all Educational and Youth Group visits have taken out adequate Travel
Insurance. We can arrange excellent Travel Insurance that can be tailored
to your needs.

We are confident
that we offer the Best Value-For-Money Educational Visits
to Egypt. If however, you receive a quote from a Bonded
Travel Company for a similar visit that is cheaper than ours we will be
happy to try and beat that price.
Please give us the
opportunity of quoting a better price and providing you with a visit to
Egypt or Jordan that will surpass all your expectations.
|

We have available
a full and comprehensive Risk Assessment prepared to the strictest LEA
requirements. This document is made available Free of Charge,
upon request, to all Educational and Youth Group leaders who are arranging
a trip with us.
An abbreviated outline
of the document is available for download here:

Coach &
Minibus Transport
All the coaches used by us are in good mechanical and physical condition.
To ensure this, we only use a small number of reputable companies in both
Egypt and Jordan.
For shorter journeys
around the towns and cities we use a smaller, minibus type, coach. This
has the advantage of being able to access the parking facilities nearest
the sites of antiquities and museums and gives us more flexibility during
the day.
For longer journeys
we use the larger 50 seater coaches that provide more leg room as well
as storage for luggage etc.
All coaches and minibuses are air-conditioned and carry fire fighting
equipment and first aid kits.
Overnight
Deluxe Sleeper Train
To save time
and travel in comfort, we recommend the deluxe overnight sleeper train
for journeys between Cairo, Luxor and Aswan - This is now run by a private
company called Abela Egypt.
This train has modern
air-conditioned sleeping-cars with 1- and 2-berth rooms, and a bar-lounge
car. The fare includes a basic airline-style tray-meal in the evening
and breakfast. Room service can serve drinks in your compartment
at extra cost.
It is usual for us
to book an entire coach when travelling with school parties to ensure
that staff and students are in the same area.
